'The Original secret' Boxing

Boxing at the secret has been designed by Former twice Commonwealth and IBO World Champion, Richard Williams. You will experience authentic, professional boxing skills and techniques, with the mantra: “don’t just do it, do it right”.  

In every boxing class you’ll find a mixture of shadow boxing, bagwork, padwork, muscular strength and cardio, and we celebrate the unique experience and style that each of our trainers bring. Take a look at trainer’s profiles and you’ll get a flavour of what to expect (we encourage you to try them all).  

From Beginners to White Collar and Advanced Fighters, there’s a class for everyone. Knowledge is power and power is in the punch!

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

At The Secret we offer personal training, each trainer has a unique style of teaching, adapted to improve the technique, skills and fitness levels off the individual.  

HIIT & CORE

The secret offers High Intensity Interval Training and core strength work. Expect to increase your heart rate, fitness and metabolism. 

Yoga

Our Yoga classes are specific and unique to The Secret. Co-created with our yoga partners, we have designed our 'Double-Discipline' classes to offer the very best in complimentary training. After a gruelling 45 minute boxing class, stretch, lengthen and mobilise the very muscle groups that need it for a further 45 minutes with tailor-made Yoga. Suitable for even the most locked-up fighter physiques.
